Today

Right now, your monitoring is a collection of things that depend on someone remembering. Email newsletters that arrive on someone else's schedule. Google Alerts that miss PDFs and low-traffic ministry portals. A calendar reminder to check a page that may have changed. A colleague who was supposed to flag it.

None of it was watching the page that changed last Tuesday.

The briefing your board actually reads.

Not a mock-up - the real output format, every source cited.

Sensoribus condenses everything it has monitored into a forwardable PDF report - with a cited source, date and AI-written context behind every item. The sample below covers European financial regulation: EBA consultations, BaFin circulars, FMA announcements - the kind of material a compliance team tracks manually today.

Add a website

Paste any URL - or pick from the catalog of DACH regulators, ministries and publishers. Sensoribus configures the monitoring automatically. No technical setup.

Define what matters

Add keywords with spelling variants and exclusion words, or watch a page for any change. Paste whole lists at once. Sensoribus handles the rest.

Intelligence, not noise - where you already work

Alerts arrive with an AI summary that explains what changed and why it matters - not just that something moved. And they reach you where you already are: email on all plans; Slack, Teams, SMS and webhooks from Professional. No new dashboard to keep checking.

Built for the sources standard tools miss.

Most monitoring tools work on what Google has already indexed. A lot of what you actually need to track never makes it there.

PDF documents

Regulators and ministries publish circulars, guidelines and consultation papers as PDFs - often without a news article. Sensoribus detects linked PDFs and searches their full text for your keywords. A quietly updated annex will not go unnoticed.

Consent banners and cookie walls

Austrian and German publisher sites often gate content behind consent prompts. Sensoribus dismisses them automatically before crawling, so the article gets analysed - not the banner.

Hard-to-crawl government portals

BfArM, AGES/BASG, FMA, Bundestag committee pages - portals that block generic crawlers with enterprise-grade anti-bot defences. Sensoribus was built specifically for these sources.

Pages Google has never indexed

Low-traffic sub-pages, regulatory annexes, association position papers - Google Alerts will never report them. Sensoribus crawls the source directly on your schedule, regardless of search-engine indexing.

Your credibility depends on being first to know.

The sources differ. The job is the same: miss nothing that matters.

Your auditor asks how regulatory changes are tracked. Your current answer is a shared Excel checklist and a Monday morning routine.

Sensoribus monitors FMA, BaFin, FINMA, EBA and EIOPA - including PDFs - and logs every match with a timestamp. Your audit trail writes itself.

Compliance

A ministry published a consultation paper. Your competitor association filed a position response three days before you found out.

Sensoribus watches ministry sub-pages, parliamentary portals and association sites - the pages specialist databases and newsletters often miss - and flags new material as soon as it appears.

Public affairs

BfArM published a safety update as a PDF annex. It was not in the newsletter. You found it during a routine check - two weeks later.

Sensoribus monitors BfArM, EMA, Swissmedic and AGES/BASG directly, reads linked PDFs in full text, and delivers an AI summary of what changed - straight from the source page.

Regulatory affairs

Your competitor ran a promotion. You found out when a customer asked why you were more expensive.

Sensoribus monitors your competitors' pricing pages, product pages and press sections - and the AI explains what changed, not just that a pixel moved.

Competitive intelligence

It remembers. It computes. It tells you what it means.

Most monitoring tools tell you something appeared. Sensoribus tells you what it means - backed by months of context and a confidence signal on every statement.

Semantic memory across all your sources: Every match joins your account's knowledge base. When a new alert arrives, Sensoribus surfaces the most relevant things it has seen across your other monitored sources - so a BfArM update lands with the context of everything related you have been tracking for months.
Trends computed, not guessed: Trajectory and turning points are calculated directly from your monitored history using deterministic, reproducible math - not an AI estimate. Every trend statement carries a confidence signal and grounding score. If the evidence does not support a confident read, Sensoribus says so.
Narrative briefings in seven industry voices: From Financial Compliance to Procurement & Tenders: a forwardable PDF report written in the register of your field, with a cited source behind every statement. Scheduled weekly, on demand anytime. From Professional.
Ask your monitored history: Three months after a regulatory change, ask what was published on the topic and get a cited answer - with a coverage indicator showing how much history backs it. From Professional.
A data source for your own AI agents: REST API and MCP server make Sensoribus the grounded, audit-trailed data layer behind your own AI assistant. Every response carries a criticality level and confidence score so your agent knows how far to trust the answer. MCP from Professional.

One account. Every client kept separate.

For agencies and consultancies that monitor on behalf of their clients.

Managing five clients in five separate tool subscriptions is expensive, slow to hand over, and impossible to bill cleanly. Sensoribus handles all of them inside one account - each client's data, alerts and reports kept strictly isolated.

  • Per-client branding from Professional (3 clients): reports carry your logo and go out as white-label PDFs.
  • Unlimited clients on Agency: add the 4th, 5th, 20th client without hitting a ceiling or paying per seat.
  • Per-client access restriction (Agency): a new account manager sees only the clients you assign them - nothing else.
  • Per-client notification routing (Agency): each client gets their own Slack channel, webhook endpoint or email list.
  • Per-client sender address (Agency): each client's alerts and reports go out from a verified from-address of their own.
  • Usage export, CSV (Agency): see exactly how many credits each client consumed - bill them however your model requires.
  • Two-tier branded reports: your logo and your client's logo, side by side on Agency.

Transparent pricing.

What Sensoribus costs is right here - not behind a demo call.

1 credit ≈ one page crawled. Watch that page for one keyword or fifty - the same credit. AI summaries and briefings draw on the same allowance, and every report and question shows its cost before you confirm. Monthly allowance resets automatically; failed crawls are refunded. Every charge is itemised by source in your usage ledger.

All prices excl. VAT - reverse charge may apply for EU businesses. Sensoribus is a B2B product; self-serve registration is open to companies in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Other countries and enterprise needs: support@sensoribus.com.

Hosted in Germany. We tell you exactly what is processed where.

For regulated buyers, EU data residency is a hard procurement requirement - not a nice-to-have. Here is the full picture.

Application and data hosted in Germany

The application and database run at HostEurope in Germany; snapshots and analysis data are self-hosted on our own infrastructure. No US hosting cloud is involved in storing your data.

AI processing - transparent and scoped

AI services only ever receive publicly crawled page content and your keywords - never login-protected data. Where US providers are involved, they operate under Standard Contractual Clauses with zero-retention agreements. Every sub-processor is listed publicly in our Trust Center.

GDPR data processing agreement before you sign

We provide our Art. 28 GDPR DPA on request, before contract signature. Every source is activated with a two-step legal confirmation. A complete, timestamped activity log documents what was monitored and when - ready for your next audit.

Independent and self-funded in Austria

Sensoribus is built and operated by netzfrequenz software GmbH in Austria - independent and self-funded. No external investors, no parent corporation.

Frequently asked questions

What websites can Sensoribus monitor?

Any publicly accessible website: regulator portals, ministry pages, competitor sites, industry publications, RSS feeds. You paste a URL and Sensoribus configures the monitoring automatically - including the sources where basic crawlers fail.

Does it work with PDF documents?

Yes - and for many teams this is the deciding reason. Regulators and ministries publish what matters as linked PDFs. Sensoribus detects them and searches their full text for your keywords, exactly like a normal page. A quietly updated guideline will not slip past you.

Couldn't ChatGPT or another AI assistant just do this for me?

For a handful of pages: worth a try. But general AI assistants are built for a few scheduled tasks, not continuous monitoring at scale - they keep no evidence snapshots and no audit trail you can hand to a regulator. Sensoribus monitors your whole source list at predictable cost, with stored snapshots, a complete activity log, and computed trends - and through the MCP server, your AI assistant (like ChatGPT or Claude) becomes a Sensoribus user rather than a replacement.

How is Sensoribus different from Google Alerts?

Google Alerts only reports what Google has already indexed - with delay, without PDFs, without low-traffic government pages. Sensoribus crawls the source directly, reads linked PDFs in full text, and uses AI to explain what changed, not just that something changed.

How is it different from Visualping or other change monitors?

Visual-change tools flag that pixels moved somewhere on a page. Sensoribus matches your keywords in the underlying text - including in linked PDF documents, which visual monitors ignore entirely - and then explains what the change means. You get the relevant change, not a screenshot diff of the whole page.

How accurate is it - can I trust the AI summaries?

Alerts fire on a deterministic keyword match in the actual page text, not on an AI guess - you define relevance with keywords, spelling variants and exclusion words. The AI then summarises what changed, and every item links back to the source page and a stored snapshot so you can verify in one click. Trend statements carry a confidence signal, and Sensoribus never reports a trend it cannot evidence.

How quickly will I be notified?

You choose per source: daily or weekly on all plans. The Agency plan adds intraday schedules - twice daily, four times daily, or hourly during business hours - for time-sensitive sources. From Professional, high-priority sources set to Sentinel mode interrupt in real time; everything else arrives as a readable digest.

How do I know the monitoring is actually running?

The dashboard shows a health strip confirming every active source. If a source is blocked, Sensoribus pauses it automatically and notifies you - failed crawls are refunded automatically. You can also export a full activity log at any time.

Is automated monitoring legal?

Sensoribus monitors only publicly accessible pages - the same content anyone can view in a browser. Every source is activated with a two-step legal confirmation, and the crawler runs at moderate fetch intervals.

Where is my data processed?

The application and database run at HostEurope in Germany. Snapshots and analysis data are self-hosted - no US hosting cloud. AI services only ever receive publicly crawled page content and your keywords - never login-protected data. Where US providers are involved, they operate under Standard Contractual Clauses with zero retention. The full sub-processor list is in our Trust Center.

What are credits and how are they charged?

1 credit is roughly one page crawled. Your keyword count does not multiply it - watch a page for one keyword or fifty, it costs the same credit. AI summaries and briefings draw on the same allowance, and you see the expected cost before you confirm a source. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, failed crawls are refunded automatically, and a usage ledger itemises every charge by source.

What happens after the free trial - and can I cancel anytime?

The 14-day trial needs no credit card, so nothing happens automatically when it ends. Your account pauses and your sources, keywords and history stay intact until you pick a plan. Paid plans are month-to-month with no minimum term; cancel anytime from the billing portal.

We already use a specialist tool (Polit-X, Cortellis, etc.) - does Sensoribus replace it?

Usually it complements it. Specialist databases cover their own curated source sets. Sensoribus watches everything they do not: individual ministry sub-pages, association websites, competitor pages, any custom URL you paste - and reads linked PDFs in full text. Most teams run it alongside their existing tool to close the gaps.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

No. You paste a URL and Sensoribus configures the monitoring automatically. Common sources sit in a one-click catalog. You define the keywords - paste whole lists at once; Sensoribus handles the rest.

Who can register?

Sensoribus is a B2B product. Self-serve registration is open to companies in the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; a VAT ID is collected at checkout where applicable. Companies outside these countries can reach us at support@sensoribus.com.
